Meet our Team
Co-Owner of the Layton BBQ Pit Stop location; Rachel’s food education began early
and continued throughout her adult years.
With both kitchen and hospitality added to her resume, Rachel has had the
opportunity to experience both the front and back of the house in her food career.
Before taking over the BBQ Pit Stop location in Layton with her husband, Corey, they
opened More Than Enough, BBQ, LLC., a barbecue catering company in 2023.
Since then, More Than Enough, BBQ, LLC has been dissolved and absorbed into the
Layton BBQ Pit Stop location. So, while they no longer serve up delicious BBQ food,
they now serve up something even better: BBQ knowledge and everything you need to
go with it!
Her experience in a wide and diverse range of BBQ topics makes her an excellent
source for your BBQ needs!
Her go-to rubs are Three Little Pigs – Kansas City All-Purpose, Simply Marvelous –
Spicy Apple, and Meat Church – Blanco

Co-Owner of the Layton BBQ Pit Stop location and chef, Corey has a love for
everything BBQ!
After completing culinary school in his younger days, Corey placed in many BBQ
competitions in the years following, with competing in
Texas being a highlight of his career.
Before taking over the BBQ Pit Stop location in Layton, with his wife, Rachel, they
opened More Than Enough, BBQ, LLC, in 2023, a barbecue catering company. Since

BBQ Pit Stop location. So, while they no longer serve up delicious BBQ food, they now

Corey now enjoys sharing his BBQ recipes, tips, and tricks with customers and even
teaches most of our Layton Pit Stop classes!
His go-to rubs are Meat Church Blanco, Meat Church Holy Cow, Three Little Pigs
Touch of Cherry, and Plowboys Yardbird.
